NurseReady NCLEX is an educational exam-preparation app. You do not need to create an account to use the app.

Information We Collect

The app does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location.

Your quiz results, study progress, bookmarks, wrong-answer review items, preferences, and reminder settings are stored locally on your device. This local data is not sent to our servers.

Notifications

If you choose to enable study reminders, the app uses local notifications scheduled on your device. You can change or disable notification permission at any time in your device settings.

Advertising, Analytics, and Accounts

The current version does not use advertising services, third-party analytics, or user accounts. We do not sell personal information. If a future version adds these features, this policy will be updated before they are released.

Data Retention and Deletion

Study data remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Because we do not receive or maintain this local data, we cannot access, recover, or delete it remotely.

Support Requests

If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you voluntarily include in your message, such as your email address and request details. We use it only to respond and provide support.

Website Logs

This privacy page may generate standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and access time. These logs are used for security and maintenance.

Children's Privacy

NurseReady NCLEX is intended for nursing students and exam candidates and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Educational Use

The app is an independent educational study tool. It does not provide medical advice and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if the app's features or data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
